At Yediburunlar Lighthouse, great importance is given to using natural, local, and carefully sourced ingredients. The breads served in our restaurant are prepared with ancestral flour freshly milled in traditional stone mills. Many ingredients such as olive oil, honey, molasses, tomato paste, walnuts, almonds, tahini, olives, eggs, yogurt, and milk are sourced directly from local producers, supporting regional and sustainable production.



Locally sourced fish, meat, and poultry are carefully selected, while all ingredients used in our kitchen are chosen with great attention to food safety certifications and quality standards. The signature dishes prepared by our chefs are highly appreciated by both hotel guests and visitors joining us by reservation.
